Groundbreaking 3AF Ethnographic Research Study on Asian American Consumers Now Available on DVD!

The 3AF is excited to offer our first DVD entitled, “Up Close Like Never Before: The First In-Language Ethnographic Study of the Asian American Consumer.”

In the fall of 2009, the Asian American Advertising Federation commissioned an extensive, groundbreaking ethnographic research study on Asian Americans.  Unlike traditional marketing research studies, the 3AF’s team from GC Global Research and Pathlight Studios, Inc. captured the study’s unique findings on video, spending hours with families on the West and East Coasts to delve into the hearts, souls and minds of this important consumer group.  These families represented consumers from key socio-economic backgrounds, top geographic Asian areas of the country and included the top five Asian ethnicities in the U.S.:  Chinese Americans, Indian Americans, Korean Americans, Filipino Americans and Vietnamese Americans.

The video debuted at the 3AF’s Asian marketing conference in May 2010 in Las Vegas to positive reviews.
